An elementary school in Hyde Park is seeking a dedicated 4th Grade Math Teacher to join its team immediately. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for the academic growth and success of approximately 24 students. Schedule:

- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-2:45 PM
- Teach all 4th Grade Math blocks
- Maintain high academic and behavioral expectations with supportive strategies
- Participate in coaching and professional development programs
- Assist with school programming during non-instructional time
- Contribute as a collaborative member of the school community
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of two years of full-time teaching experience (urban education preferred)
- Ability to meet Massachusetts DESE teacher certification requirements within one year of hire
- Demonstrated belief in student potential and commitment to continuous professional growth
- Proven record of student progress and achievement
