Job Summary:

Modani Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Bancroft, NE. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing in-home care services to seniors and adults who require support with daily living activities. Our team is committed to helping families understand care options, navigate state-specific programs, and receive personalized support that allows individuals to remain safe and comfortably at home. Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home care services to clients, including assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help clients with household chores, meal preparation, and medication management
• Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate records and reports of client care activities
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices and industry standards
• Collaborate with the Modani Care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience in the healthcare industry (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
