Technical Account Specialist - Customer Support Seattle, Washington, United States Overview Zenoti provides an all‑in‑one, cloud‑based software solution for the beauty and wellness industry, supporting salons, spas, medspas and fitness studios worldwide. The Technical Account Specialist will support Zenoti customers in their daily operations, focusing on product support, problem resolution, training and post‑go‑live adoption. Responsibilities Work with Zenoti customers to support their daily business operations – product support, problem resolution, training, and post‑go‑live adoption. Coordinate issue reviews, product enhancement requests, and other post‑live activities. Serve as the single point of contact for large customer accounts while leveraging a broader supporting team across the world to deliver quick and effective solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent. 4‑5 years of professional experience, including 2‑3 years in Technical Account Management, Technical Support or Help Desk roles supporting complex, data‑driven web applications. Strong logical, analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple projects simultaneously. Previous Technical Support or Help Desk experience supporting complex, data‑driven web applications is required. Experience in a customer service/retail segment is an added advantage. Experience in the wellness/spa industry or with e‑commerce solutions is a plus. Associate’s degree with significant retail or customer service experience considered, when coupled with a solid technical background. $60,000 – $85,000 USD
