Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Compensation and Bonus Structure Total Compensation Package from $84,000 to $117,670 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company. BCBAs become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles are eligible. Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify. Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact. Education and Support Continuing Education: Minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, extra funds for additional training, and 2 paid days off for CEU events.
