Machine Operator

Trillium Professional is now seeking Machine Operators in Milpitas, CA for long-term work!

Duties:

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Inspect products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Record production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with set-up and changeover of machinery as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Pay rate is $21-25/hour with a shift differential available. Schedule 1st, 2nd or 3rd.

-High school diploma or equivalent. -Flex/Rigid circuit board manufacturing -Electronics manufacturing -Precision PCB processes -Engineering-heavy manufacturing environments -Tight tolerance production work -Traceability and documentation systems commonly used in PCB manufacturing -Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. -Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery. -Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds. -Experience operating machines for laser cutting, drilling, routing etc.

Additionally, experience within the following areas is highly preferred: -Lamination -Imaging -Plating -Etching -CAM/Programming -Test/Inspection within electronics manufacturing
