Dishwasher Cleanliness of dish washing area - Including the machine, tables, floors and garbage cans. Scrape, stack, rack, wash and put away dishes. Operate dishwashing machine. DISH TEAM In a fun, and spirited commercial kitchen setting, you will perform duties on a busy Dish Line ensuring safe and sanitary working conditions are implemented. Must also be willing to roll up the sleeves and pitch in where needed including assisting in kitchen prep, dry stock and sanitation.
