Job Description: Role - Python Developer

Location - Dallas, TX - F2F Interview - (WFO 3 Days)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
• 7-8+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments

Top 3 required skills:

• Advanced Python development (building production grade services, APIs, or data platforms)
• Cloud native development (Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent; AWS/Azure preferred)
• Strong experience with software design, testing, and CI/CD pipelines

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

• Java development experience (particularly in enterprise or backend service environments)
• Experience working with Optimization or ML/DS systems
• Data engineering patterns (batch/stream processing, large-scale datasets)
• Familiarity with distributed systems and performance tuning
• Experience modernizing legacy systems or leading refactors

Mandatory Skills:

• AI Cognitive Experience: 5-8 Years

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
