Production Assistant

Summary Qualified candidates for this position will have experience in Manufacturing with work order management – transacting reports, maintaining appropriate inventory levels for production lines, and assisting with manual inventory counts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Transact daily production reports, product transfers, and material transfers within MRP system Cycle count work orders to maintain accuracy Collect and maintain production reports Assist Supervisors with productions jobs in process Enter scrap from various reports Work directly with Sales regarding new and existing orders Run reports through Oracle to monitor material inventories Utilization of MRP systems to obtain, monitor and order materials as needed Ability to move about the plant to count inventory and adjust the system accordingly to maintain accuracy Order materials for upcoming jobs, as well as help expedite jobs needed daily All other duties from either written or verbally given from supervisor Qualifications/Requirements Two- or Four-year Technical Degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years in a Manufacturing Environment MRP experience, preferably Oracle Times Microwave Systems is an equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V. #J-18808-Ljbffr Times Microwave Systems
