About the Role The Project Manager oversees commercial flooring projects from start to finish, ensuring on‑time completion, budget accuracy, and client satisfaction. You'll coordinate with clients, vendors, and installation teams to deliver high‑quality results. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of commercial flooring projects from pre‑construction through closeout Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors Monitor project progress, costs, and quality Resolve issues and ensure projects stay on track Ensure safety and compliance standards are met Requirements 3+ years of experience in project management (commercial flooring or interiors preferred) Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is a plus Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Why Join Us?
