Delivery Lead/ Delivery Manager, Tech Staffing About Orcapod: Orcapod is Indias leading professional services company; providing broad range of services and solutions around talent supply chain, demand planning, talent management and platform-driven HR services. Position: Delivery Lead/ Delivery Manager, Tech Staffing Job Description: We are looking for experienced delivery professionals from Tech Staffing industry. The person must have proven credentials for working on staffing (Sub-con) demands for IT Clients. This is a mid-level position in the company and will be the key to the success of the business. You will own end to end value chain of the Business; right from managing client POCs, generating new demand and fulfillment of those demands. Responsibilities:
- Delivering on Staffing (Sub-con) mandates for Tier-1 IT Companies and Captive Centers.
- Managing Client POCs, building trust to generate more business, and ensuring that customer satisfaction remains high.
- Manage the Fulfillment team, which includes allocating and tracking demands, driving teams for targets, and measuring performance.
- Graduation or more with 8+ years of industry experience. Formal education of any kind, in IT field, will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of the technology landscape and capability to engage with experienced tech professionals.
- Demonstrated experience in IT Staffing (Sub-con) with catering to large IT Companies and/ or captive centers.
- Team Management and contract staffing experience is a must.
- Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Strong people skills, assertive and ability to lead a team of internal and external stakeholders
