Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Max pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

What’s a typical day as a Call Center Associate? You’ll be:
• Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries, including non-routine situations that may require deviation from standard procedures.
• Documenting inquiries accurately and ensuring effective customer relations by responding timely and courteously to various forms of inquiries (telephone, written, web, or walk-in).
• Coordinating with other departments to resolve customer problems and assisting with priority inquiries and special projects as required by management.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of claims processing or customer service experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree in lieu of work experience.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong human relations and organizational skills, and the ability to handle high-stress situations.
• Are proficient in basic computer operating skills and have knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software (preferred).
