Aesthetic Injector (NP/PA)

Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Injector (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a growing aesthetic and wellness practice in the Greater Boston area. This role is ideal for a provider who is highly skilled in cosmetic injectables, patient consultation, and delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes in a professional, patient-centered environment. The practice specializes in advanced aesthetic medicine and wellness treatments, including injectables, non-invasive body contouring, skin tightening, and laser-based procedures.

- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and other cosmetic injectables
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient goals and provide professional aesthetic recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation and treatment records
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, clinical protocols, and compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with medical and spa teams to deliver high-quality patient experiences
- Educate patients on treatment options, post-care instructions, and expected outcomes
- Assist with advanced aesthetic procedures and technologies as needed
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program
- Board certification required
- Active licensure in New Hampshire and ability to practice in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience required
- Strong expertise in dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and facial aesthetics
- Excellent understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques
- Experience with advanced aesthetic devices preferred, including:
- Laser treatments
- Radiofrequency devices
- Skin tightening technologies
- Non-invasive body contouring procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and patient-centered care
- Ability to create a welcoming and comfortable patient experience
