Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse (RN) position is available on a facility's night shift in Englewood, Colorado. This role involves providing patient care on a medical-surgical unit with a focus on wound, dressing, burn, and post-operative care. The position offers an opportunity to work with a seasoned team utilizing modern equipment and technology in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Position: Travel RN - Medical Surgical Floor (MS)
• Location: Englewood, Colorado
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Candidates must have at least 1 year of acute care hospital Med/Surg experience, hold a valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and meet other educational and licensure requirements.
• Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with Burn Care experience, Wound Care, Ostomy Care, and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification will be considered first.
• Additional Information: The unit has approximately 18-20 beds staffed by a team of 35 members, including nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Patient Care Technicians. Typical procedures include wound and dressing care on post-op burn and flap patients. The team values a positive attitude and a team player personality. The unit utilizes equipment such as Hoyer lifts, air taps, wound vacuums, and PCA.
