A Teacher's Aide supports educators in managing preschool classrooms by assisting with instruction, supervising students, and maintaining a positive learning environment. This role typically involves working with class sizes of 10-20 students and focuses on general classroom support without involvement in special needs education or administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers with classroom instruction and activities
• Supervise preschool students during classroom and play activities
• Help maintain classroom order and effective classroom management
• Provide general support to facilitate a positive learning environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in education support
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of classroom management techniques
• Basic understanding of educational methods
• Strong communication skills
• Patience and compassion working with young children
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
