Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Technician SupervisorInsight Global is seeking a Maintenance Technician Supervisor for a full-time opportunity in New Albany, Indiana. The Maintenance Technician Supervisor will lead a team of approximately 20 technicians and 1 engineer while overseeing maintenance operations across multiple manufacturing shifts. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of automated production equipment while driving accountability, performance, and continuous improvement throughout the maintenance organization. The Maintenance Technician Supervisor will partner closely with engineering teams to execute equipment upgrades, automation initiatives, and manufacturing improvement projects. This person will coordinate preventative maintenance efforts, manage technician scheduling and resource allocation, and lead troubleshooting activities related to production equipment and manufacturing processes. The role requires someone who can effectively engage with engineers, communicate across departments, and successfully manage projects that improve quality, throughput, operational efficiency, and workplace safety. The ideal candidate possesses a strong combination of technical operations and leadership experience, with a proven ability to develop teams, drive accountability, and implement process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
