\n1) Austin, TX – MD (Pediatric Dental)\n
\nCase mix: Pediatric Dental\n
\nEmployment: W2, 0.6–1.0 FTE\n
\n
\n2) Dallas–Fort Worth, TX – MD (Pediatric Dental + OBA)\n
\nCase mix: Pediatric Dental (minimum ~3 days/week), with exposure to adult dental and multi-specialty office-based settings (GI, ENT, gynecology/fertility, plastics)\n
\nEmployment: W2, 0.6–1.0 FTE\n
\n
\nSchedule & Practice Model\n
\nCases typically begin between 7:00–8:00 AM\n
\nMost days conclude between 3:00–5:00 PM\n
\nFully independent, office-based anesthesia model (no ASC or hospital work)\n
\nSchedule flexibility available—happy to align to provider preferences where possible\n
\nNo call, no overnights \n
\n
\nClinical Setup\n
\nEquipment is on-site and/or supported by anesthesia tech team\n
\nRN on-site to support as a second set of hands in the OBA setting\n
\n
\nMalpractice Coverage (W2 Providers)\n
\nClaims-made policy\n
\nProviders secure their own coverage (Company has a relationship with MedPro)\n
\nReimbursement up to $8,000 annually (prorated by FTE)\n
\nTail coverage required depending on selected policy\n
\nStandard limits: $1M / $3M\n
\n
