As a Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse client population who seek assistance for various mental health challenges. Your clients may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma histories, family conflicts, and more, requiring a compassionate approach and an understanding of each person’s unique experiences and needs.

• Current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Colorado.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

• Genuine empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from varied backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities to efficiently handle client caseloads.

While a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is required, candidates with additional experience in telehealth services or specialized treatment methodologies will be prioritized. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms is also advantageous.
