You will oversee projects from concept to completion and manage a team of 1–3 staff members.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage structural engineering projects through all phasesSupervise and support a small team of engineers and draftersProduce structural analysis, designs, calculations, and detailsReview project contracts, scopes of work, change orders, and related documentationCommunicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholdersEnsure projects are delivered on time and within budgetQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering with Structural or Civil emphasisLicensed Professional Engineer (PE) in CaliforniaMinimum 3 years of structural engineering design experiencePrior experience managing project teamsProficiency with structural calculations for commercial, educational, and/or solar projectsExperience using AutoCAD 2015 or newer (2D)Familiarity with Enercalc and RISACompetence in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Adobe tools
