THE POSITION

Hours: Days Fridays 12-hour shifts Overnights Two 12-hour shifts per week, flexible on nights Client Specifics: 4-year old with trach and a g-tube Hours: Overnights Friday, Saturday & Sunday 12-hour shifts Client Specifics: 18-year old with trach, vent and a g-tube Hours: Days Saturday 16-hour shift Days Sunday 12-hour shift Client Specifics: 9-years old a g-tube* Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. We add the boost.

TRAINING & SUPPORT

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN , which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
