Our Banking and Insurance team places commercial and ag lenders, credit officers, branch leaders, producers, underwriters, and executives with community and regional banks, credit unions, independent agencies, MGAs, and carriers. We're adding recruiters to the team. You'll own your dig, build relationships with hiring leaders, and match great candidates to roles that change their careers.Location: Remote from Mason City, IA, or in our Sioux Falls, SD office. Compensation: $50K-$500K+ (base plus commission).
