About the Team The In-Person Transactions team is responsible for the technology that powers almost every physical touchpoint where our customers interact with their money. We operate at the critical intersection of digital software and physical hardware, managing the full ATM stack and the broader ecosystem of in-person banking. While this space has traditionally relied on legacy systems and rigid hardware constraints, our team is focused on rethinking the status quo. We are building a modern, software-driven platform that treats our physical devices as intelligent endpoints rather than static machines. As the Senior Manager, Product Management, you will lead a dedicated team of product managers in reimagining how we manage our physical fleet. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own multiple line‑of‑business initiatives that directly affect the company’s bottom line to the tune of millions of dollars. You will be responsible for large‑scale feature builds—from redesigning the customer UX to make transactions faster and more secure, to developing new ways to monitor and deploy software to hardware in the field. This isn’t just about maintenance; it’s about identifying where legacy processes are slowing us down and building the software‑driven solutions that drive massive efficiencies and return hours of time back to our customers. The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Wilmington, DE: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
