Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality garments and textile products efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of garment construction, sewing techniques, and manufacturing processes. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic production environment where precision, craftsmanship, and teamwork are valued.
- industrial (Juki) sewing machines, box tackers, and braiding machines.
Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and finish garments according to design specifications and quality standards.
- Set up and adjust sewing machines for different fabric types and construction techniques.
- Monitor machine performance during operation, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform basic maintenance as needed.
- Ensure all sewing tasks are completed within designated timeframes while maintaining high-quality output.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating industrial sewing machines in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and textile materials.
- Familiarity with various types of sewing machines and their functions.
- Ability to read and interpret production orders, technical drawings, or patterns.
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding inventory flow.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
