Franchisees are independent business owners who set own terms of employment, including wage and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees.We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is results-driven, sales-oriented, and committed to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Lead team growth and development through effective training, coaching, and performance managementCreate and manage employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels while controlling labor costsOversee labor management, including monitoring hours, optimizing productivity, and maintaining budget targetsManage inventory, including ordering and stock controlMonitor and control cost of goods sold (COGs) and labor to maintain profitabilityHandle and oversee all in-store cash management processesEnsure store conditions consistently meet company, franchise, and regulatory standards, including THD and OSHA complianceSupport daily operations and maintain high standards of customer serviceWork Schedule:Minimum of 40 hours per week in-storeApproximately 30–35 hours dedicated to assisting with daily operationsQualifications:Strong leadership and team development skillsProven ability to manage schedules and control labor costs effectivelyDemonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve performance goalsExcellent organizational and operational management abilitiesCommitment to maintaining a safe, compliant, and positive work environmentServSafe Manager Certification required (must be obtained within 45 days of hire)Compensation & Benefits:Quarterly performance-based bonusPerformance metrics include year-over-year net sales growth, labor management, and COGs control
