Job Summary Located in Anchorage, Alaska, this role offers a base salary of $20 hourly with uncapped commission, potentially earning $60,000+ annually based on performance. Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities Work inside a high‑traffic retail partner location representing AT&T products and services. Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment. Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening. Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services. Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals. Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately. Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions. Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance. Work collaboratively with team members to maximize store sales performance. Retail Sales Associate Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (Required). 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face‑to‑face sales experience (Preferred). At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a high‑traffic retail sales environment. Goal‑oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets). Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed.
