Opportunity for a Assistant Service Center Manager A leading name in the automotive maintenance industry, is looking for a dedicated leader to join their team in the Lubbock and Wolfforth area. This is a hands on leadership role where you will support the general manager in driving operational excellence and providing a top tier customer experience. Key Responsibilities You will balance technical tasks with administrative leadership. Your daily duties will include performing vehicle maintenance services and educating customers on their car needs. As a supervisor, you will oversee floor operations, train new staff, and manage employee schedules. You will also handle inventory management, conduct store audits for safety and culture, and manage the opening and closing procedures for the facility. Requirements Applicants must have at least one year of experience in a supervisory role, ideally within a retail or service environment. You should be comfortable working in a fast paced setting, using performance data to drive improvements, and maintaining a customer first attitude. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to stand for long periods and work in a non climate controlled environment. Flexibility for weekend shifts is necessary, though there are no late night or holiday hours. Compensation and Benefits The starting pay is 19.75 dollars per hour with weekly pay cycles.
