Rehabilitation Therapy - Physical Therapist

PT Location: Albuquerque, NM Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5 Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension Pay Rate: $51 - $55/hr

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Albuquerque, NM. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a PT:

• Complete required documentation directly with the facility outside of the standard clearance packet before being cleared to start the assignment
• Obtain permanent state licensure promptly if starting with a compact license; permanent license is required and compact license is not accepted in South Carolina
• Meet experience requirements applicable to the assigned setting
• Maintain an active and valid state license throughout the assignment
• Adhere to a 32 guaranteed weekly hours schedule during holiday weeks
• Work day shift hours as assigned
• Comply with facility dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
• Follow all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement prior to ending the assignment
• Utilize facility-provided equipment and tools as outlined during the interview process
• Comply with weekly billing cycle requirements and guaranteed weekly hours obligations
• Adhere to overtime billing policies as applicable
