Job Description At least 2 years of overall software development experience with good exposure to T‑SQL, SQL Programming, Performance Tuning, and SQL Azure. Responsible for ensuring overall code quality through code reviews; able to mentor team members and unblock the team on technical issues. Own and strive to achieve the team’s productivity and delivery timelines. Possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Expertise in designing multi‑tier web applications, writing automated unit tests, and exposure to Agile and TDD methodology. Experience in estimating effort using standard estimation techniques. Passionate about writing highly optimized code with due consideration to performance and application stability. Experience in product/platform development. Ability to work in a team in a diverse and multiple stakeholder environment. Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of one year of education. Eligibility & Visa Status This is a full‑time permanent job opportunity.
