Respiratory Therapist (RT) - Cleveland, Ohio This is a Management Position to Support the Clinical Team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality respiratory care to our residents in a fast-paced Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Responsibilities: Provide respiratory therapy treatments and breathing treatments to residents Monitor oxygen therapy, pulse oximetry, and respiratory status Assist with trach care, nebulizer treatments, CPAP/BiPAP management Work closely with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems Respond promptly to respiratory emergencies and changes in condition Educate residents and families on respiratory care plans Qualifications: Active Respiratory Therapist (RT/RRT/CRT) license or Respiratory Technician certification (state requirements apply) Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, post-acute care, nursing home, or SNF setting preferred Knowledge of pulmonary care, oxygen management, and respiratory equipment Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Shift: Monday-Friday Benefits: Daily Pay Available!!!
