Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you are the face of Orangetheory! Youll welcome guests, build relationships with members, and drive studio growth through membership sales, exceptional customer service, and social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests with a high-energy, positive attitude

• Conduct studio tours and explain the Orangetheory workout

• Promote and sell memberships and class packages

• Assist with daily studio operations, including opening/closing duties

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment

• Contribute to the studio's social media by capturing in-studio content and promoting events

• Answer phones, schedule classes, and respond to member inquiries

• Support marketing and outreach efforts to grow the studio community

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales or customer service experience preferred

• Passion for fitness and a team-player mindset

• Comfortable using social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to engage and promote

• Ability to multitask

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
