Laborer

We are looking for a dependable Laborer to assist our drilling and utility installation crew. This position supports daily field operations including setting utility boxes, site restoration, material handling, and general labor duties. This is a hands‑on outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a crew environment. Description Responsibilities Assist drilling crew with daily operations Set utility boxes and related components Perform site restoration (grading, cleanup, soil work, etc.) Shoveling, digging, and general manual labor Load and unload materials and tools Maintain clean and safe job sites Follow safety procedures and supervisor direction Assist operators and foremen as needed Requirements Reliable transportation to job sites or shop Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Preferred (Not Required) Construction, excavation, or utility experience Experience with hand tools or equipment Valid driver’s license CDL is a plus What We Offer Full‑time steady work Opportunity for advancement Hands‑on training Overtime opportunities when available Salary $18 - $25 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
