Quick Facts Location: 6800 Scenic Drive, Rowlett, TX 75088, United States Start Date: 07/23/2026 Shift: 24-hour in-house shifts Hours/Week: 40+ hours Employment Type: Locum/Per diem Licenses/Certifications: Texas medical license, DEA, Board Certified or Eligible in OB/GYN Experience: Preferably 1-2 years in OB hospitalist roles Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $214.50/hour Weekly Pay Schedule via direct deposit Benefits include: Competitive pay package Medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support during your assignment What You’ll Do Manage OB triage, admissions, and attend deliveries at a Level III facility Conduct inpatient care and see unassigned patients Cover private call and OB floor responsibilities Respond to ER GYN emergencies and assist with cesarean sections Coordinate fetal monitoring and emergency response during labor and delivery Collaborate with neonatologists and nurse practitioners in a high-volume setting (~1,700 deliveries annually) Support high-risk pregnancies with maternal-fetal medicine specialists on-site Provide surgical assistance during cesarean deliveries Ensure quality patient care and adherence to hospital protocols What You Need Valid Texas medical license and DEA Board Certified or Eligible in OB/GYN 1+ years of OB hospitalist experience preferred Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and emergency response Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Rowlett, TX, providing comprehensive OBGYN hospitalist services to serve the suburban Dallas community.
