Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A direct hire opportunity is available for a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) at a new pharmacy within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This role requires a highly organized and experienced individual to lead daily pharmacy operations while ensuring compliance and effective collaboration with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge, overseeing all pharmacy operations
• Maintain compliance with 340B program requirements
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Foster strong communication and collaboration with internal providers on site
• Manage day-to-day tasks ensuring smooth pharmacy functionality

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Prior experience working within an FQHC setting is essential
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare providers
• Current and valid Vermont pharmacist license in good standing
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
