We are looking for (1) full-time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)to join our growing dental team. Our assistants work closely with our doctors, hygiene team, and front office staff to create an exceptional patient experience while building trust and long-term relationships with families.

Locations:

This position will work between our:

• West Plano office (75093 – near Dallas North Tollway & Parker Rd - this would be primary office)
• Lewisville office (75077 – near N. Garden Ridge Blvd & N. Valley Pkwy - this would be secondary office)

Flexibility to travel between both offices is important.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay starting at $17/hour minimum
• Up to $25/hour+depending on experience and skill level

• Consistent full-time schedule (mainly Tuesday-Friday each week with some Mondays, predictable schedules that almost always end on-time or early)

Pediatric dental experience is a plus, but candidates with a strong interest in working with children are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering excellent patient care from check-in through treatment completion
• Assisting doctors during restorative and hygiene procedures
• Taking digital X-rays and scans (PAs, BWs, pano, Trios scans, etc.)
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining infection control protocols
• Setting up and breaking down operatories
• Maintaining clean, organized treatment areas
• Assisting with accurate and up-to-date electronic charting
• Supporting front office team members when needed
• Educating patients and parents on oral hygiene and home care
• Helping create a positive, welcoming environment for every child

Qualifications:

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required  (Applicants actively pursuing licensure may also be considered)
• 1+ year of dental assisting experience strongly preferred
• Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus
• Experience with Open Dental software is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude that fit well with organized and efficient team workflow
