General UtilityOur General Utility position supports production and machine operators by performing assigned entry-level duties that vary with daily assignments. This full-time position reports directly to a Production Supervisor and is located at our Anoka, MN manufacturing facility.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain production efficiency and output through supporting order fulfillment and machine operations as neededSupport machine operator and assistant machine operator in essential function for continued operationsHandle raw material and finished goods in preparation for production or shipmentOther duties, as assignedREQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSHigh School diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution or 1+ years manufacturing or comparable experience in place of educationPrevious experience applying math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and divisionPrevious experience reading, following, and/or completing detailed work instructionsMust be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requiredPREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS1+ years previous manufacturing experienceCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSThe starting pay rate for this position is $15.86 per hour. The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting. We may pay above or below posted amount based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and/or certifications, skills, experience, or work location.
