Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 + Bonuses

Relevant Experience:

2+ years of restaurant management experience, particularly in casual dining or bar and grill establishments.
Proven track record of supervising and training staff to deliver top-tier customer service.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
Hands-on experience in managing shifts, handling high volumes, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant functions, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management.

Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that prioritizes both employee engagement and guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company operational standards, and local labor laws.
Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and inventory, to optimize profitability.
Drive exceptional guest experiences, handling any concerns or complaints with professionalism and care.
Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members to build a strong and motivated workforce.
