We are seeking a compassionate and dependable LPN 7p-7a to join our dedicated night-shift team at The Village at Marymount in Garfield Heights, OH. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care, support residents with dignity and respect, and work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for those we serve.
About the Role
As an LPN at The Village at Marymount, you will provide skilled nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, monitor resident conditions, and support residents with compassion, professionalism, and patience. You will also collaborate with RNs, STNAs, and the care team, maintain accurate documentation, and promote a positive, resident-centered environment.
Shift & Status
This is a Full-Time position with a shift of 7p-7a (12-hour shifts) every other weekend required.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
• Support residents with compassion, professionalism, and patience
• Collaborate with RNs, STNAs, and the care team
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow regulatory standards
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment

Qualifications
• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to resident safety, dignity, and quality care
