Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department Job Type: Full Time | Mid-Shift $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for Night Shift with a 2-year commitment for eligible candidates. Schedule: 3x12s, mid-shift (3p-3a). Holidays and weekends required. Team and Department Join our team in a dynamic 17‑bed Emergency Department (ED) with a 1:4 nurse to patient ratio. Our diverse staff includes RNs, CNAs, Paramedics, Secretaries, and Providers, creating a collaborative environment to deliver exceptional care. Known for our wide variety of patient experiences, including abdominal pain and shortness of breath, we also take pride in our chest pain accreditation. With an average daily volume of approximately 74 patients, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to high‑quality emergency medical care while working alongside a dedicated team in a fast‑paced setting. Health and Fitness Center ( Link ) What We’re Looking For Current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license and an associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire. AHA ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire. One year of experience preferred. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
