Required Qualifications Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program. Licensure: Current, unrestricted OT license in Missouri. Certifications: Current CPR certification. Recognition by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA). NBCOT National Board Certification for Occupational Therapy. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in hospital or ambulatory care settings. Skills: Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and patient education skills. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR). The Occupational Therapist (OT) will assess patients' abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, educate patients and families, monitor progress, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure accurate documentation.
