Lead High-End Remodeling Projects – Drive Quality Craftsmanship with Tite Construction, Inc.

Job Overview:

The Opportunity:

You will drive the execution of high-end residential remodels and commercial renovations while expanding your skillset beyond standard field carpentry. This role offers you the unique opportunity to bridge hands-on trade craftsmanship with project planning, leadership, and subcontractor coordination. You will take full ownership of diverse projects from initial framing to final trim, leaving a lasting impact on every structure you build.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Execute precision carpentry tasks across framing, structural walls, roofing, and intricate interior finish work.
• Install high-end cabinetry, staircases, custom trim, crown molding, doors, and architectural hardware to exact specifications.
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints and architectural plans to guide daily on-site project execution.
• Coordinate on-site workflows across multiple sub-trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, tile, and flooring.
• Take direct ownership of project planning, task scheduling, and real-time problem-solving on active jobsites.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and sub-contractors to ensure design standards and schedules are met.
• Operate all power tools and field equipment safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with safety standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience executing comprehensive carpentry, steel stud framing, and interior fixture systems.
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and build directly from structural blueprints and technical plans.
• Advanced expertise operating standard trade hand and power tools safely and productively.
• Strong communication skills and a reliable track record of project ownership in field operations.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of combined experience in residential remodeling, framing, and trim carpentry.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience or strong desire to step into trade leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
