People Operations Specialist (Fully Remote)

• We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to own HR operational processes across our international org of ~140 employees.
• This role ensures smooth processes, data, documentation, and HR infrastructure, complementing our People Partners.

What You'll Do:

• Manage employee documentation, HRIS data, benefits, and HR reporting.
• Drive process improvements and practical AI/automation to make People ops more scalable.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of HR Ops experience, strong attention to detail, and HRIS/data skills.
• Proactive, process-oriented, and curious about AI; comfortable working independently in a multicultural team.
