Pharmacy Manager

Role: Pharmacy Manager responsible for leading pharmacy staff and ensuring high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage inventory, pricing, and presentation of merchandise. Lead customer service initiatives and model effective communication techniques. Oversee community outreach programs to promote health and engagement. Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with a valid pharmacy license. Completion of accredited immunization training. Proficiency in working with patients, healthcare providers, and data analysis to improve outcomes. Ability to manage pharmacy operations and staff effectively.
