San Carlos, CA Hybrid Schedule (4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote) $90,000 - $105,000

We're partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced HR Business Partner / Senior HR Generalist to support a dynamic workforce across Northern and Southern California. This is a highly visible role where you'll serve as a trusted HR resource while helping employees and leaders navigate day-to-day people matters.

What You'll Own

• Employee relations investigations and conflict resolution
• Leave of absence and accommodation management
• Workers' compensation administration
• Performance management coaching and support
• Recruiting and onboarding activities
• HR policy guidance and compliance support
• Partnering with managers on employee and organizational challenges

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar experience
• Strong employee relations background
• Knowledge of California employment law
• Experience managing leaves, accommodations, and workers' compensation
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Bonus Points For

• ADP Workforce Now experience
• Payroll knowledge or exposure
• Property management, real estate, hospitality, or housing industry experience
