Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities through comprehensive assessments.
  
  
• 
  Develop and execute evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate treatment strategies.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on techniques to improve communication and swallowing functions.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with hospital policies and licensure requirements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid state or federal license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  
  
• 
  Possess a relevant masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  
  
• 
  Have minimum of one year of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
