This role will oversee service delivery performance, ensure operational excellence, and drive customer satisfaction through strategic leadership and strong communication. The ideal candidate will possess robust knowledge of financial and operational logistics processes, excel in people management, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervise, mentor, and develop teams of logistics professionalSet clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and deliver ongoing coachingDrive accountability and foster a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvementConduct interviews, coordinate onboarding and training, and ensure employee engagementAct as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnershipQuickly address and resolve customer concerns, offering proactive solutionsLead customer focused meetings and maintain open communication with customer and other stakeholdersIdentify and pursue growth opportunities within existing customer accountsManage daily operations to ensure on-time deliveries, inventory control, and order accuracy using WMS and other reporting toolsMonitor performance metrics such as inventory accuracy, quality, cost and safetyPrepare and present reports on financial, service levels, and KPIsDrive cost savings and operational efficiencies through process improvements and technology solutionsWMS Power User, ensuring accurate and timely system reportingUtilize logistics technology to track and improve performance across operationsAnalyze operational trends and provide actionable insights for decision-makingMaintain and update procedure manuals to support ongoing process improvements.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field5+ years logistics, operations, supply chain, 3PL leadership experienceProven experience in logistics, account management, or supply chain operationsDemonstrated leadership abilities with success in team development and performance managementStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationshipsAnalytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve problems effectivelyProficiency in WMS, logistics software, and reporting toolWorking knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost controlWMS Certification, Lean Six Sigma Certification, and Project ManagementExperience with compliance regulations and customer service excellence initiativesEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYOn-Target is an equal employment opportunity provider.
