HCA | CNA - Hmong Speaking Caregiver (Hmoob)

Interim HealthCare of Bellevue is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Hmong-speaking caregivers to join our growing team. We proudly serve clients throughout Seattle and King County and strive to match caregivers with clients based on language, skills, personality, and schedule to provide the highest quality of care. Pay & Benefits $20.00–$25.00 per hour Flexible full-time, part-time, and live-in opportunities Weekly pay with direct deposit Health benefits available Paid orientation and ongoing training Supportive office staff available 24/7 Opportunities for career growth and continuing education Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene. Assist with mobility, transfers, and range‑of‑motion exercises. Prepare meals and assist with proper nutrition and hydration. Provide companionship and emotional support. Perform light housekeeping and laundry. Assist with shopping, errands, and transportation when appropriate. Provide medication reminders. Observe and report changes in clients' conditions to the care team. Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
