Ensure team members are cross-trained and continuously developing their skills. Oversee Production Operations - Direct and support up to 25-30 employees to ensure products and components are built to Enerpac's quality, safety, and efficiency standards, following work instructions, bill of materials, and best practices. Problem-Solve and Troubleshoot - Act as the first point of contact for technical challenges, diagnosing issues, coaching employees through solutions, and escalating operational or personnel concerns to the Production Supervisor when necessary. Monitor and Drive Performance Metrics - Maintain Hour-Hour Boards and the SQDC board, ensuring accurate tracking of key performance indicators while driving continuous improvement initiatives within the cell.
