Career Strategies is hiring a full time apartment leasing consultant for a community in Rensselaer, NY. This is a great opportunity to work for a national property management company. Apartment leasing experience is required.

 

The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately, have excellent people skills, strong sales and closing skills, have apartment leasing experience, is high energy with a positive attitude and is reliable and has strong work ethics. Must be polished and professional and be available to work 40 hours per week including Saturday’s and Sunday’s.

 

Duties

Leasing, tours, marketing, answering phones, posting ads, resident relations, vendor relations, filing and administrative projects.

 

Requirements:
• Must have one year of prior apartment leasing and sales experience
• Available to work 40 hours per week including Saturday’s and Sunday’s
• Fair Housing experience
• Professional, polished, friendly, energetic and great people skills
• Excellent organizational and multi task skills
• Excellent phone and in person sales skills
• Motivated and hard-working
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and MS Office
