Join the TLC Before and After-School Child Care Team! We're looking for enthusiastic leaders who love to play!
Days and Hours:- Monday - Friday, 12:15pm to 5:45pm daily
- No holidays, no late evenings – we know life outside of work matters!

- Get paid to play – yes, really! You'll lead fun activities and create unforgettable moments for children.
- Be part of facilitating an awesome, engaging child care program for children in Kindergarten through 6th grade.
- Plan, organize, and lead exciting activities that keep children engaged and learning.
- Supervise school-age children and guide Student Child Care Leaders, making sure everyone has fun while staying safe.
- A smile! Be ready to bring out the best in children through sports, games, crafts, and activities.
- Basic skills in math, reading, and writing, with the ability to keep records and communicate effectively.
- Have completed two years of college or 48 units, or an AA degree or higher.
- No college credits? No problem. Take a brief District Proficiency Exam in mathematics, reading, and writing. A test can be scheduled here.
