Job Title: Dental Assistant – Full-Time
Location: Hildebran, NC
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay + performance bonuses

Position Summary
We are seeking a Dental Assistant who is skilled, team-oriented, and passionate about supporting excellent patient care. You’ll work with modern tools and technology, providing assistance during procedures and helping ensure every patient has a comfortable, professional, and safe experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures
- Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and operatories
- Take and develop digital X-rays and intraoral scans
- Record accurate patient histories, charting, and treatment notes
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care
- Support sedation, implant, and specialty procedures as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
- Ensure patient comfort with a calm and reassuring chairside manner
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (DA I or DA II) preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- Experience with dental software (Dentrix or Eaglesoft) is a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and committed to patient-first care
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, modern practice environment
