Are you a dedicated Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) looking to join a collaborative and well-established healthcare team? Our Joint Commission–accredited hospital in North Dakota is seeking a full-time, permanent addition to our exceptional laboratory staff.

The laboratory is fully modernized and staffed with a highly skilled, supportive team of technologists, technicians, pathologists, phlebotomists, and clerical professionals. The hospital continually reinvests in the latest diagnostic and analytical equipment, ensuring staff can deliver the highest standard of care.

As a Medical Technologist / MLT, you will perform a wide range of laboratory tests in:

• Chemistry

• Hematology

• Microbiology

• Blood Bank

• Immunology

Some phlebotomy may also be required.

Available Shifts: Primarily evening or night shift 

• Education: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Certification: ASCP (or equivalent) certification required, ND License preferred

• Experience: Prior hospital or high-volume laboratory experience preferred
